We’ve got your New Year’s Eve plans around the South Loop.

Unmask the new year at Privit’s Masquerade Ball. The party will be at 19EAST, a private event space that showcases urban Chicago architecture throughout the years. Tickets include a premium hosted bar, a complimentary green screen photo booth, and a live DJ. Attire is black-tie optional, and while masks are provided with your ticket, you’re welcome to bring your own.

Kroll’s is a popular South Loop hangout with a selection of 99 beers. Twelve of those are draft, and they’re part of their New Year’s Eve party package, as well as Absolut, Jameson, and a special New Year’s Eve themed cocktail list. If you’re a Guinness fan, make sure you’re there between 9 and 11pm, when the Irish brewery will be on-site to do free Guinness gravity glass engravings. If you’re hungry, dig into the buffet with carving station.

Hilton Chicago’s New Year’s Eve Gala will be an elegant evening with crystal chandeliers, ultra premium cocktails, an array of hors d’oeuvres, and specialized martinis in multiple ballrooms. There will also be live casino gambling, celebrity DJs, and live video mixing. There are even complimentary pre- and post-parties included in your admission price.

Your New Year’s Eve will be out of this world when you celebrate at Baderbrau. The South Loop brewery is hosting a themed party that imagines what an alien civilization would find if they discovered the spacecraft Voyager’s “Golden Record.” There will be physical installations, video projection mapping and live performance
